Termination of Service
While OpenIX aims to maintain long and positive relationships with all participants, circumstances may arise that lead to the termination of a participant’s connection to the exchange. This section details the conditions and procedures for termination, whether initiated by the participant or by OpenIX.
Voluntary
The notice period, disconnect process, and administrative procedures when participants choose to terminate their OpenIX service.
Involuntary
The conditions under which OpenIX may suspend or terminate services, including policy violations, non-payment, and regulatory requirements.
